Terms & Conditions :

1. This promotion is carry out for months of May and June 2013
2. All booking must be made 1 month earlier than promotion months of May and June 
    2013.(booking starting from 01 April 2013 till 15 May 2013)
3. Promotion only for queen size bed rooms and all rooms are fully air -condition.
4. Booking either by call or wall-in are accepted.
5. Each booking must made with deposit of RM 100.00 by bank into Demotel account  
    number.
6. Please call us if you have made the payments and please display your bank-in slip to 
    the receptionist.
7. Promotions not including Public Holidays & weekends.
8. Please note that you are  allow to change date of booking 3 days after first  
    booking was made.
