Check –in  and Check-out Timing

Demotel operates a strict check –in  and check-out timing policy.

Check –In

All guest are welcome to check-in at 2.00 pm. If you check in before 2.00 pm you will be charge at hourly rate. Booked room will be held until 9.00 am the following day of the schedule check-in date,after which the booking will be deemed cancel and shall be release the booked room(s) to other guest. No refunds are made for the cancelled booking.

Check-Out

All guest are responsible to check –out sharp at 12 pm the next day. If you check out after 12.00 pm, you will be charge at hourly rate without further notice to you. However, if you wish to extent your stay,  please confirm your room with receptionist .Please note that, Demotel shall have the right to remove your belongings from the room(s) and shall not bare any loss or damage of your belongings as a result of the action mentioned.

Booking/ Reservation

Booking must be made by an advance deposit of RM 50.00/Room bank –in into Demotel Account Number. 

Each reservation must be made by emails, calls or walk-in confirmation to the receptionist.

Last Minute Booking

Booking made within 72 hours ( 3 days) prior to check in date are non-refundable and non-transferable. 

How do I know my reservation is confirmed?

As soon as you have confirm your  booking by call or via email , 1 week we will call gain to confirm your booking. We will send you your confirmation email with your room details like date in and out ,room no,  deposits paid and additional.

Cancellation of Booking

Booking cancellation must be made at least 3 days from check-in date. Cancelling booking  are not refundable. Promotional booking are not refundable too.

Limitation Of Liability

Demotel will not be in position to guarantee guests safety against events including but not limited to death, accidents, thief, riot and natural disasters.

Demotel will not be responsible for any loss or damage of guest property in the room(s) left by the guests or any compound around Demotel. Guest are advice to take along all valuable stuff along with you.

Changes in Terms & Conditions

Demotel reserve the right to cancel and amend the content in publish blog or site including of terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Promotions

Demotel reserve the right to announce any promotions at any time without prior notice.

Housekeeping Services
Daily housekeeping service are on 1.00pm to 5.00pm only.

Limitation

1. Pets are not allow in rooms.

2. Any electrical appliances for heating or cooking are not allow in rooms.

3. Demotel has the right to ask you to leave motel and remove all your stuff from room if 
    you we found to misuse the rooms which might cause harm to any other guests, people, 
    premises of Demotel or reputation of Demotel.

4. Demotel have the right to seize all stuff that mentioned temperory without any prior 
    notice to the onwer.
