Meditation is a practice in which an individual trains the mind  or induces a consciousness either to realize some benefit or as an end in oneself. Meditation techniques designed to promote relaxation, build internal energy or life force and develop compassion love, patience, generosity and forgiveness.

Imagination play major role in meditation. By just imagining of  being alone, you are surrounded by nature of fresh air, wet grass and birds singing. You find yourself surrounded by calmed and secured environments. When people begin to free in mind they feel full and connected. They able to accept share and communicate better without fear and worries.

With a good understanding of each other, people generate more creativity in life throw ideas. They able to overcome the most difficult parts of life through activities that keep their mind drive away wondering all negative thoughts. More and more connections are made which develop a positive mind set and these contribute to a better society of a nation.
